In todays fast pace world anxiety and stress have become part of our lives. We live in an era where we cannot imagine life without anxiety. We tend to lose control over thought process as we are constantly worrying about the events and circumstances that are going to unfold in the future. Anxiety does not require too much effort to get rid of. Simple and very easy step can be followed and you will find yourself miles away from anxiety
There are a number of techniques to eliminate anxiety that I would like to share with you so that you can benefit from these like millions of others who have included in their lives and are reaping benefits from these.
1. Deep Breathing
Deep breathing helps in lowering the level of stress and relaxes your mind very effectively. Just find an area that is serene and tranquil. This place should be completely secluded, and no human being should be around so that you can involve in it with complete concentration and dedication, and only notice the rhythm of your breathing.
For deep breathing you use abdomen. Abdomen will allow you to inhale and exhale air properly, before starting this exercise it is recommended that you place yourself on chair, as it gives you the right posture to conduct this exercise.
2. Sitting Posture
You ought to sit straight without slouching and not in relaxing posture. Your feet should fall flat on the ground and knees should not be contacting each other. Relax your shoulders and relieve any stress or pressure on any of your muscles. In other words you must be completely relaxed.
Slightly open your mouth and breathe in air from it. Start counting from 1 to 5 incrementing with one each time while your abdomen allow air movement simultaneously. Keep the inhaled air for a moment before releasing air-stream. It is of paramount importance that during this activity no thoughts should enter the mind. Maintain your peace while you count , holding it for few seconds and then throw oxygen less air.
If this process is repeated at least ten times daily, the more you do the more the beneficial, would provide you with respite from anxiety.
3. Proper Sleep
Another relaxation technique is that you sleep properly anywhere between 7 to 9 hours which is a must for a healthy body, and is also recommended by the doctor.
If you follow above mentioned techniques you will find yourself in better shape and see that your health is improving and anxiety has become a thing of past.
