Got acne… and it’s troubling you…
There are some easy and quick ways to get rid of acnes by using common ingredients lying free at home. The first things I will mention is don’t let it happen anyway, but now that it has happened, you have to figure out how to stop them from making your face a bumpy blotch! So stop thinking, and let’s take some actions, easy and comfortable ones.
What is acne actually?
During puberty males and females faces a common disease known as acne vulgaris. It is a disease of hair follicles around chest, face and back. One can have these around 20’s too and the basic cause is not bacteria but it plays certain role.

Reasons for occurrence of acne!

- It is sebum oil which clogs skin pores, and acnes occur due to it. Sebum oil is natural but if its developing in high intensity, these may clog the pores and create acnes
- If the oil oxidizes, they result in black heads. They do not indicate poor hygiene and are not dirt
Curing acne is not a secret, and learning how to cure them is free of cost. Using medical products won’t help. There are easy ways to fix and lets discuss and fix them. It’s through eliminating all the factors from body that are leading acnes to flourish, that’s the only way and is free of cost and no miracle. A good life style is all we need and a good cleanser. So let’s make it simpler!
Steps to get rid of acne and pimples-
STAY HYDRATED- our body needs water to repair, restore and renew itself. Our body keeps struggling because of lack of water. The main symptoms of dehydration are headaches, chronic fatigue, of course occurrence of acne. Forget all the sodas, tea etc. Keep faith, the changes will not give you results overnight. There will be an Improvement, but surely it’s A Slow Process, It but Will Work for Life.
STRESS, FORGET IT!! – Stress is one of the major reasons for acne, firstly by stimulating hormones causing acnes, and slowing down the body process of healing. So, it is better to forget stress, try to overcome it and relax!!
Make a move- It is not about becoming an athlete, a little work out will improve your digestion and will let the sludge move out from your body. Other reason is while exerting some hormones which are made in our body stabilizes the chemicals causing acne. Yoga, jogging or any physical activity you like, do it at least for 20 minutes, and yes there will be results.
These above given steps would not give immediate results but will keep your skin healthy and you will see long living effects, and certainly these don’t include any chemical products so no side effects!! So stop thinking… And make a move now!!
