All of us have limits that we shouldn’t be crossing. Although going out of limits is good at times, but not always. For example, running 8MPH on the treadmill is your limit but if you manage to cross this limit and make it 10MPH, you naturally feel good about yourself. Don’t you? So know your limits and learn differentiating between which limits to cross and which not to.
Respect All-
How we treat others affects how we feel about ourselves. If we treat others well, we get the same treatment from them and that might make us feel really good about ourselves. Hence it’s important to respect all and even if the person just doesn’t fit into your list of good friends, treat them with utmost respect.
Love Fully-
You feel a little cynical if you’ve been hurt in love or heartbroken. But never let this past control your present. By opening up your heart and loving others fully, you are simply allowing them to come into your life and love you back in a deeper, better way. Everyone loves to be loved and thus the feeling of being loved by others is sure to leave you feeling good about yourself.
Dream-
Never stop dreaming. Simply embrace new hopes for your future. Let your imagination run wild. Sometimes the imagination might just seem to be too unrealistic and impractical but who knows, you could just make it happen.
Celebrate Each and Every Victory-
We all set goals and work towards achieving it. But sometimes our desires are so huge that we fail to see the end light. Hence, it’s important to celebrate each and every victory be it small or big. Let’s suppose, you’ve been working hard to lose 50 pounds, and losing 20 pounds wasn’t your goal but the fact that you are 40 percent closer to reaching your goal is a reason to celebrate.
