Drug abuse also known as substance abuse and chemical abuse is a disorder characterized by the destructive pattern of using the substance leading to the problems such as behavioral changes and distress. It is not only limited to the drugs which work as psycho active or mind altering. Drugs have direct influence over the mind and behavior of the person concerned causing them to become addicted to it.
