Easy Ways to Outsmart Your Stress and Quell Anxiety

Your anxiety may be a reason of either husband rage or road rage or most prominently in case you are incensed with your boss. But there are some easy ways with which you can outsmart your stress levels and keep yourself cool before others tell you to chillax!!!

1.    Sing opera on your way to workplace:

Instead of screaming at the other person in case of road rage you can simply sing la la la and drive away giving him a humorous look. This can chill you out in the heat of volcanic anger.

2.    Get up earlier in the morning:

Studies reveal that getting up early in the morning and undergoing a workout releases “feel good” hormones known as endorphins in your body. It is a great stress reliever and an excellent bad mood buster as well.

3.    Look at the positive side:

If your partner is taxing you and you are struggling hard to be cheerful then you can take few minutes and write down one special moment that you spent together contentedly or the things you love about your partner and focus on those instead seeing the bitter side of present situation.

 4.    Trust yourself that things will go fine:

It is well said that every dark nigh has a brightening sun, be confident that the situations will improve and the bad days will not stay for long. And therefore you must not worry much or be stressful.

5.    “Surfing” Your Emotions:

Moodiness and irritability often move together. So asking yourself the reason to taking stress and will it exactly effect you after few days or weeks or months is important.

Ask yourself what worst could have happened and what advice would have you given to your friend who might have been facing similar circumstances.

6.    Do some jingle-mingle:

Indulge yourself with friends in playing words or play some games or simply join some dance classes and do zumba.

7.    Decide something new each day:

Decide that today you will do something useful such as cooking the food that your partner likes, educate someone, donate blood or donate clothes or books or toys to orphans or NGOs.

8.    Exercise or Yoga:

Doing power yoga or exercise is not only a good stress buster but is also very helpful in maintaining your weight and health. It is an effective antidote to stress.

Stress is a fact of life, and many of us face it in day-today life. But follow the aforesaid measures to deal with it.
