Buying Organic: You make sure that you buy organic fruits and vegetables but all organics are not good! On one hand where they are very expensive to buy, some organic foods like granola bars and other cereals are equally bad for health like other foods are!
You Don’t Socialize: So you remain busy in your office work and do not get time to socialize! That is a bad habit. Where socializing helps you to remain stress free you would come to know what all is happening in your friends’ lives. Make sure you ping them whenever you find some time!
Wake up Early: Waking up early is a good habit but not always! Sometimes your body needs rest and when you push your body to hit gyms and roads when it is not ready, it can harm your health!
Supplements Savvy: You gulp down so many vitamins and mineral pills in a hope that you are feeding your body various nutrients! Well you are harming your body instead! The way fruits and vegetables help you the supplements can never and they cannot become the substitute for a healthy diet!
You want Antibiotics: Antibiotics are strong and can cure your problem easily but are dangerous too! While many of us beg for antibiotics to our doctors, they make our body addicted to drugs and reduce its resistance towards the same! So never jump onto medication unless necessary!
Delay Medical Care: You think you are healthy and that crushing pain inside the chest has to be the symptom of heartburn, or weakness cannot be a stroke! Then think again! Sometimes we ignore these alarming signs that lead to major problems thereafter! So be aware and conscious of your illness symptoms!
You Drink Diet Soda: While diet sodas are filled with artificial sweeteners they can do double the harm than the normal soda. The artificial sweeteners make you addictive, and they make our cravings strong once we have them and you continue sipping them without any tensions!
You Drink too much: Drinking ample amount of water is good but do not become a fish that remain dipped under water all the time! Much consumption of water can lead to water intoxication! Drink only what your body requires.
