Having cough and cold for many days? A new mole has just delivered on your face? Well you might be thinking that there is nothing to worry about it but you may land up in a problem because of that. Studies show that if we detect the early symptoms and pay more that ‘just’ attention to our bodies then we can probably beat life threatening diseases.
Make Doctors Your Friend..!
I too fear those injection needles but they are vaccinated to help us only. Many of us have a conception that if they visit to the doctors regularly then it means that they have a health problem. But that is not true! Visiting doctor on time can save your or others life too! So make doctors your friends and do not ignore the alarming signs that your body gives you.
The Three Stages: There are three main stages that need to be considered.
The Pre-Symptom or No-Concern Stage:
This is the stage when your body has just started to know that there is something wrong. A disease has just begun to make changes inside your body. Though it is a stage when you cannot sometimes detect that there is something wrong as you do not feel anything but yes an annual check-up can detect it.
Your doctor friend can help you detect it before even it starts to harm you. There are various symptoms like a painless lump in your breasts, a chest pain while you lie down, your urine has gone yellow, accelerated blood pressure, increase in blood sugar level etc. are all those signals that can be cured only after its detection through a check-up.
Symptoms Developing and Low Concern:
You have caught cold and flu. And now you have started to worry a bit about it but you can treat it in home itself. But other symptoms like your fever has worsened and you are feeling a sudden loss in your weight, you are feeling more restless while climbing stairs (which many of us ignore), chronic head-aches etc. can prove fatal. Many of us ignore these things but you should start concerning over the thought that your body is warning you again and again.
High Concern Stage:
This is the stage when all of us take the necessary action like calling a doctor or a friend or may be find solutions over Google. But now things start to get hold over you and it becomes hard for you to accept it easily.
So an early detection and regular check-ups can save your life. Do not ignore your body!
