Top 10 Tips to Increase Energy level in Women

In 21st century, Women are doing work both at home and outside it which make it difficult for them to turn off their minds and restore their energy. Hence, fatigue is the most common problem seen in women that leave them feeling tired and unfocused. Women have a tendency to ignore hunger and pain signals arising in their body till the time they feel in their mind, it’s enough! Then also, women have a lot in their plate to finish and this is not an easy task.

Since, we are living in a society where women are mostly suffering adrenal fatigue problem, hence, we have defined some easy but very important tips to increase your level of energy.

Tip#1: Pay Attention: whenever you feel that you are hungry, do not ignore but eat as much as you can until you get satisfied rather than being stuffed.

Tip#2: Eat Green leafy vegetables: Always try to eat green leafy vegetables like broccoli, Spinach, Kale and Collard greens as these help improve blood circulation, lift your spirits, purify blood and reinforce immunity.

Tip#3: Eat according to the Sun’s movement: Our metabolism mimics the sun’s movement hence, always takes a wholesome breakfast, a heavy lunch and a light dinner.

Tip#4: Sleep: A sound sleep is necessary for the rejuvenation of body. Hence, when you are going to bed, switch off television, cell phone, light and I pad so that you can take a sound sleep and make sure that your pillows and mattresses are comfortable enough for a good sleep.

Tip#5: Take a Break: Generally at afternoon, we feel tired and hence, try to take tea or coffee. This condition is called as slump which indicates that your body needs break and hence, you should take a break. If you feel like this, sit relaxed and close your eyes for 15 minutes and then take a long breath.

Tip#6: Minimize Caffeine addiction: Caffeine is considered as an addictive substance hence, you should try to cut off your caffeine consumption slowly so that you can leave this habit forever. Caffeine increases your heart beat and also causes dehydration which in turn put our blood sugar level on a rollercoaster.

Tip#7: Put draining relationships in their place: Try to transform these through proper communication and by setting proper boundaries.

Tip#8: Get moving: A brisk and small walk helps increase your energy potential as well as your concentration.

Tip#9: Break up with sugar: you should avoid artificial sweeteners and sugars because these are toxic as well as addictive. These destroy our health and energy both. Try to use stevia, maple syrup and brown sugar syrup as a replacement of sugar.

Tip#10: Drink H20: Most of the Americans are chronically dehydrated. Hence, instead of having tea or coffee, drink a glass of water.

Do not pick all the 10 tips at once since it will make you more tired. Hence, choose any one from these and work on that continuously for a week and then you can choose another tip for next week.
